An oldie but a goodie. Healthy and tasty, you have probably heard of this EVERYWHERE, this is my absolute FAVOURITE weekend snack. ready within seconds, and consumed in around the same time.
You Will Need:
1. A sliced frozen Banana
2.Smooth Peanut Butter.
3. Food Blender
Freeze the banana .
In a blender, either add 1 tablespoon peanut butter to every 5 slices (banana-ry), or 1 tablespoon peanut butter to every 3 slices banana.
Blend.
Scoop into a Bowl and ENJOY!
